First Shots!

What a day this turned out to be! Mom was taking Kixton for is 6 week check-up with the doc and we were anxious to see how much he had gained! He was now 7 weeks and at last weigh-in, he was 8.5. We knew he had gained with all he is eating, but we just wanted to know by how much. This was the half of it! He ended up being a perfect little angle, passing all his tests and being such a good little boy. He came in at 10.14 so we were shocked and happy hear that he was growing and getting all he needs!

Now…

It came to the end of the apt and the doc said, ” Okay, let’s get his shot done and you are free to go.” Instantly mom’s heart sank and text dad! “OMG, they are giving him his shots!” We were NOT mentally prepared for this!!

He made it through with flying colors but the three shots were probably as hard on him as they were on mom & dad! Such a tough guy!
